Consequence: IF THE KEY IS TURNED TO THE \"OFF\" POSITION WITHOUT THE TRANSMISSION BEING IN THE \"PARK\" POSITION, IT IS POSSIBLE THAT THE STEERING WHEEL CAN LOCK WHEN TURNED TO THE RIGHT.
